Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframes:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of placement.

Shipping Costs:

All orders $100 and over receive free shipping.

Standard shipping rates are as follows:

Urban Postage: $8.50

Rural Postage: $12.50

Please ensure the correct shipping option is selected at checkout to avoid delays with your order.

Lost Parcels:

Once parcels have been picked up and are in the care of the courier, they are no longer within our possession and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit. However, we will always endeavour to assist in lodging an enquiry and working with the courier company to help resolve the issue wherever possible.

Pick-Ups:

Please email us or message us on Instagram to arrange a collection time between 10:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday. Orders must be collected within 10 business days of notification.

Local Waihi Delivery:

We are happy to offer free local delivery within Waihi township, with delivery usually within 2–3 business days. Please note this excludes Waihi Beach and rural areas.
