When does new stock come in?

I aim to add new stock weekly or fortnighly. Sneak peeks will be shown on my instagram.

Who decides the price of the items?

I'll do that for you!

When finding the right price for your items I take a number of factors into consideration when selling preloved clothing, such as, RRP, condition, brand and current resell value.

I decide prices that are fair to you as a consignor but also fair
for the customer.

What happens to items that don't sell?

If your item's don't sell within 6 weeks of being listed I will put them on sale for a further 2 weeks. if they still don't sell you have three options:

  • I can purchase them
from you at 25% of the current list pricing (eg. if something is on sale for $20 you will get $5 for that item).
  • I can return them to you at your cost
  • I can donate to mums4mums - a charity dedicated to new mums.

Can I add more to my order?

You are welcome to add more to your order up until you receive your shipping email. To do this place another order and put a note in the cart saying you are adding onto *order number* and select pick up.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! Check out our Returns policy here.

Please note: ALL sale items are final and not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Measure Yourself πŸͺ‘

Underbust / Band measurement: Measure directly under your bust, around your ribcage β€” snug but not tight.
Bust / Overbust measurement: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.

If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort β€” especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
