Sell With Us Consignment 

Our Sell With Us service allows you to earn more than our Instant Cash option. You will receive 45% of the final sale price of each item sold. Payments are made weekly on Tuesdays to your nominated bank account for any items sold in the previous week. A minimum of 5 items per consignment is required when using this service.

What We Accept

We have a specific accepted brands list to ensure we receive items that consistently sell well for our customers and consignors. We accept gently used maternity, breastfeeding, and postpartum essentials. All items must be freshly washed, in excellent wearable condition, and free from stains, holes, or excessive wear. 

Accepted items include:

• Maternity clothing
• Breastfeeding clothing
• Breast pumps & feeding essentials (bottles, pacifiers, sterilisers, bottle warmers, formula dispensers)
• Baby carriers (must be authentic)
• Nappy bags & change mats

Getting Started

To begin, purchase a Sell With Us spot through our website. The $5 fee is refundable and will be added to your first payment. After purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions on where to send your items. Items must be sent within seven days of purchasing your spot. If your items have not been sent or you have not been in contact within this timeframe, your $5 deposit will be forfeited. Please email us a copy of your postage receipt so we can reimburse 50% of your shipping costs with your first payment. 

Processing & Listing

We aim to process, photograph, and list your items within 10 working days of receiving them. All items are carefully checked to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Please note:

• A minimum of five items is required per consignment
• All items must be from our approved brands list below

Pricing & Sales Period

All pricing is set by Pre-Loved by Mama, based on brand, condition, and recent selling prices, while keeping pricing fair for both the purchaser and consignor.

• Items are listed at full price for six weeks
• After six weeks, prices are reduced by 25% for a further two weeks.

Unsold Items

Items that remain unsold after the eight-week sales period can be:

• Sold to Pre-Loved by Mama for 25% of the current listed price (Example: if listed on sale for $20 Pre-Loved by Mama will purchase for $5)
• Donated 
• Returned to you at your cost

Unaccepted Items

We may refuse items that are damaged, not on our approved brands list, or unsuitable for resale.

You can choose to:

• Have these returned at your cost
• Donate them
• Allow us to dispose of them if unusable

Important Notes

• Sellers must provide a receipt for postage costs so we can reimburse 50% of shipping costs.
• A minimum of 5 items is required per consignment 
  
• Should you change your mind at any point and request your items back, a $20 admin fee will apply. You will have to cover return shipping costs.
